Set the courier to find you after completing the Dragon Rising quest aslong as your lvl 15.
This is why i was thinking a courier could work. It is the location where you begin the game, as you are transported there to be executed. Would it be possible to set it to start, at lvl 15 ONLY if youve completed the first few main quests? Im thinking, condition it to be activated after completion of Dragon Rising but only if at lvl 15. Helgen is a small town in eastern Falkreath Hold.
Only thing is, if your playing LAL, theres a possibility you could hit lvl 15 without touching the main questline. This way your closer to the target lvl, and 99% certain you`ll have passed the 4 day mark. He recommends lvl 20 so my thought was to edit the starting peramiters so it begins at lvl 15.

The mead with juniper berries isn't properly enabled during your arrival and will only appear upon your later return to Helgen. The only notable items among their belongings are a novice-locked chest and a copy of the Light Armor skill book The Refugees. Approximately halfway down the road to Pinewatch, a small group of bandits has set up camp under an overhanging ledge. Helgen is the default destination for bad AI targets, meaning that bugged NPCs may end up wandering nearby. If you later return to Helgen, bottles of this mead may be found on the second floor of Helgen Homestead, the partly destroyed inn you jumped into during Unbound. During the introductory cinematic prior to the initial quest Unbound, Ralof remembers Vilod, who used to make mead with juniper berries. Unbound: Escape Imperial custody and a dragon attack. Lokir is killed during the opening cutscene while attempting to escape the Imperial Legion. These people are killed during Alduin's attack on Helgen. These people are only in Helgen during the opening quest, Unbound, and upon completion will relocate elsewhere in Skyrim.
